The Silver Circle is for silver jewellery bought from Niyo Jewellé. We ask for your Niyo order number, and every piece is checked for our BIS hallmark and HUID at inspection. Silver from other brands or jewellers can’t be accepted.

  • Silver jewellery bought from Niyo Jewellé
  • Worn, scratched or tarnished pieces
  • Broken chains, single earrings and rings that no longer fit
  • Gifted Niyo pieces, using the original order number

We can’t accept

  • Silver from other brands or jewellers
  • Pieces without a Niyo hallmark and HUID, or where they have been removed
  • Imitation, base-metal or non-silver jewellery
  • Coins, bars and silverware

Packing your return

  • Pack each piece in its original Niyo Jewellé box or pouch, wrapped so it can't move.
  • Include the original invoice or receipt, or a note with your order number.
  • Keep the hallmark and HUID untouched: don't clean, polish, resize or engrave the piece.
  • Seal the parcel securely and keep it ready; our insured courier partner collects it from your door.
  • Hand it only to our courier partner and keep the pickup reference until your store credit is issued.

Silver Circle Questions

  • No. The Silver Circle is only for silver jewellery bought from Niyo Jewellé. We check your order number and look for our hallmark and HUID on every piece.
  • It's in your order confirmation email and under Orders in your Niyo Jewellé account. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
  • Yes, as long as it was bought from Niyo Jewellé. Use the order number of the original purchase; it doesn't need to be under your email.
  • Silver weight × today's resale rate, minus a flat pickup and inspection fee. The calculator above shows today's rate, fee and an estimate. Purity isn't deducted.
  • The estimate uses the weight you enter and today's rate. The final value uses the silver weight we confirm at inspection and the resale rate on the day your request is approved.
  • As Niyo Jewellé store credit on your account, linked to the email you give us. If you don't have an account yet, one is created for you, and the credit can be used at checkout.
  • Trade-ins are paid as store credit only.
  • Yes. Value comes from the silver weight, so worn, tarnished or broken Niyo Jewellé pieces, single earrings and pieces that no longer fit are all welcome.
  • Yes. Pickup is by an insured courier partner, arranged after you submit your request.
  • If a piece can't be accepted, for example because it isn't Niyo Jewellé silver, we'll contact you before anything is paid and explain your options.
