NIYO JEWELLÉ · CARE GUIDE
The Care Ritual
A few gentle habits keep your Niyo Jewellé silver bright for years. Here’s how to wear, store and clean every piece so it stays as beautiful as the day it arrived.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Silver loves to be worn.
Niyo Jewellé is made to be part of your every day. A protective rhodium coating keeps each piece bright, and a little gentle care keeps it that way for years.

Made for daily wear
Every Niyo Jewellé piece is finished with a protective rhodium coating, a thin, bright layer that guards the silver against tarnish and everyday scratches. Your jewellery is made to be worn every day, so enjoy it.

Last on, first off
Put your jewellery on after perfume, lotion, hairspray and make-up have dried, and take it off before cleaning or gardening. Household chemicals and cosmetics can dull the finish over time.

Store it separately
Keep each piece in its Niyo jewellery box, away from humidity (the bathroom is the worst place). Storing pieces apart prevents scratches and stops chains from tangling.

Clean gently
Wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap and a very soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
Avoid toothpaste, baking soda, bleach, silver dips and abrasive polishing cloths — they can scratch the silver and wear away the rhodium coating.

Plated & oxidised finishes
Gold-plated pieces: wipe only with a soft dry cloth — never polish or scrub, as this wears the plating away. Oxidised pieces: the darkened areas are part of the design, so avoid polishing cloths and silver dips on those areas.

Stone-set pieces
Don't soak jewellery set with stones, pearls or enamel. Clean around them with a soft dry cloth, and check settings now and then — if a stone feels loose, stop wearing the piece and contact us.
